Dad I was thinking about how you used to come home from work when I lived at home at "Highwood" and you always had your beloved banana sandwiches and a pot of tea! You always seemed to enjoy that and was so relaxed after travelling home on the train from working hard at IBM. You always looked so smart and handsome. I feel so teary thinking of you. You worked so hard to provide for us all. Whenever I mentioned my favourite David Cassidy you made sure I could have his latest album and I saved up to pay you back from my pocket money. Nothing was too much trouble for you. You even took me to his concerts with my friends. When my girls were growing up you made sure you always helped with holidays and making them laugh on our journeys to Cornwall.
